* Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
* Conduct engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement improvement actions.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
* Promote an inclusive workplace by partnering with leadership to implement DEI initiatives.
* Act as a champion for diversity programs and activities.
HR Analytics:
* Leverage data to provide insights on workforce trends, attrition, and engagement.
* Prepare, together with HR operations team, and present HR reports and metrics to business leaders.
