While this is a remote position, we are currently only considering candidates between UTC-1 to UTC+2.
Are you a top-performing salesperson? A hunter? Do you love the tech/software world and are you looking for the opportunity to sell a hot product with unlimited income potential?
The role involves pitching Landbot’s products and services, assisting, and closing sales. You will also execute and iterate on our sales strategy to increase performance and identify new opportunities. Your goal is to drive growth and build strong customer relationships.
You’ll analyze data, provide feedback to marketing, and ensure our go-to-market strategy is effective. While we seek a ‘closer’, teamwork is essential, so expect to support various stages of the sales funnel.
Main Functions
* Achieve monthly quotas via calls, emails, and meetings.
* Master the Landbot platform and stay updated with new features.
* Conduct successful business meetings, including demos, with prospects arranged by our sales team.
* Understand prospects’ pain points and needs for tailored solutions.
* Support users during trials to convert opportunities into customers.
* Optimize and implement sales strategies.
* Share insights and feedback with marketing and product teams.
* Contribute to the sales team’s success and support colleagues.
* Build, maintain, and expand client relationships.
* Proven track record with at least 3 years in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup.
* Experience with mid-market customers.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build trust.
* Comfortable conducting meetings via video conferencing.
* Resourcefulness in resolving conflicts and problems independently.
* Strong negotiation skills, preparing for negotiations and reviewing sales documentation.
* Experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, additional languages are a plus.
