brCurrently we are hiring an Ecommerce Manager to join our team in Barcelona, as Ecommerce Manager you will be tasked with:
br· Take part in the definition of the overall digital sales strategy
br· Work hand in hand with marketing team to drive organic traffic, develop sales
br· Constantly optimize online stores to maximise conversion rates and performance
br· Overall management of brands Leoncycle/NCM/ET websites in Spain, Italy and the UK, Amazon and other local 3rd party E-Commerce platform stores such as planning, daily operations, advertising and promotions
br· Set up SEO to increase online presence of our website
br· Set up digital marketing and sales campaigns through Google, Facebook and other medium
br· Scheduling and communicating intensive site maintenance as needed,
br· Follow the global strategy to position the brand as a top e-bike player in local countries
br· Analyze sales-related data to predict future sales and stock forecasts
brFurthermore, you should have:
br· 5 years of working experience in E-Commerce, sales or consumer goods or marketing
br· Experience working with an international brand
br· Fluency in English and Italian
br· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
br· Familiar with google and Facebook and other internet tools
