Were on a mission to create a seamless magical experience for our customers from the moment they dream of hitting the road to every adventure that follows. The roadsurfer app is our next big leap: a mobile companion that unifies everything we offer into one smooth user-first journey.
To bring this vision to life, we're expanding our UX team and investing in the foundations that will support a truly mobile-first experience. As part of the UX & Product team within the Seamless Experience area, you'll play a key role in shaping how people explore, book, and travel with roadsurfer. You'll drive key design initiatives, from simplifying complex user flows to redefining the app's core interaction patterns, and empower designers and cross-functional partners to build intuitive, scalable, and consistent experiences.
We're looking for someone who combines craft and curiosity—someone who's excited by clean design systems and clear UX patterns, and equally passionate about research, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration. If you care about the small details that make a big difference and love designing for both clarity and emotion, let's talk.
