We are now recruiting passionate Commis & Prep Chefs to join COYA Ibiza for the Summer 2026 season.
The ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality standards while developing their culinary skills in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes in line with COYA standards
* Prepare ingredients and mise en place ahead of service
* Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all food items
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation across your section
* Follow recipes and specifications accurately
* Support the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth operations
* Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen (experience as Commis or Prep Chef preferred)
* Strong passion for food and willingness to learn
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
* Good communication skills (English & Spanish)
* Positive attitude and strong team spirit
