PThe objective of this position is to maximize the profitability of our assignedb Multibrand dealers/distributors across EMEA /b, to make the business relationship with them easier and to develop a professional bond with those dealers that will allow us to create a partnership in the long term. /ppbr/ppYou will play a key role in the relationship with a dealers/distributors portfolio, implementing and improving the ADVENTURE SPORTS GROUP EUROPE service model. For this you will have the information tools, the media, the support and the direction necessary to meet the dealers expectations. /ppbr/ppTo do this, you will verify and confirm the order book of your assigned dealers/distributors at the level of product availability and discounts, you will ensure efficient on time in full delivery of our products and will report on the appropriate performance indicators. /ppbr/ppTo be successful in this role it is essential to have a clear vocation of customer service, proactivity to relate all aspects that affect a dealer beyond an order, change ways of working, show enthusiasm for learning and empathy to create and cultivate social relationships. You will also have the support of the company that will put the necessary resources in training and coaching, as well as your managers and the rest of the team with the development of action plans and regular meetings. /ppbr/ppThis position reports to the Customer Success Manager and allows you the flexibility of a hybrid work model. /ppbr/ppbAs the Customer Success, you will have an opportunity to: /b /ppbr/pullibManage a portfolio of Multibrand dealers/distributors across EMEA /b /liliManagement of the Orderbook for the assigned dealers/distributors Portfolio. /liliEnsure customer satisfaction through high quality service. /liliManage operational relationships with dealers/distributors and Sales Teams. /liliData analysis and statistics. /liliPerform the order entry process into the ERP system. /liliTracking and follow up of orders, liaising with the warehouse and other departments. /liliDeal with any operational issue (refusals, returns, warranties, etc.). /liliBe able to take accurate and concise information. /liliPrepare and maintain customer order database. /liliDeal with dealers/distributors and sales queries quickly and effectively. /liliProformas process management /li /ulpbr/ppbYou have: /b /pulliFluent English. /liliCustomer Service experience in fast-moving consumer goods industry or Retail/Fashion/Sports. /liliSAP, Oracle, Salesforce and Excel knowledge. /liliUsed to work with specific platforms/Vendors Centrals. /liliUsed to work with and EDI environment. /liliDigital and data orientation: Data consolidation, analysis and processing. /liliSales techniques and logistics management. /liliProactivity in suggestions, rigor and adaptability. /liliCross functional working teams. /li /ulpbr/ppbYou might have: /b /ppAny other European language is a plus. /ppbr/pp bSounds like you? /b /ppApply now or drop us a message at – we’d like to meet you! /p
