Your mission is to create, implement and find ideas for the English Speaking Market in North America, helping the team to understand strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities
* SEO: Develop and implement impactful off‑page and on‑page SEO content, including title tags, meta descriptions and optimized header tags. Research keywords, competitor content and industry trends to optimise existing and new content. Analyse data and recommend strategies based on performance and objectives.
* Content Writer: Write straightforward, error‑free web content that reflects the company’s voice. Create search‑engine‑optimised content. Interpret creative direction and technical information to produce persuasive copy concepts.
* Team Member: Collaborate closely with teammates to understand objectives and problem‑solve. Work with other areas to brainstorm and develop a variety of materials.
First days at Metricool
* First month: Understand your impact on the team and the business, learn about the team, industry and processes. Meet every contributor on your team.
* First quarter: Work autonomously, share new ideas, create bigger impact and collaborate with the growth team on Reddit strategy.
* Become an active team member, understanding how to reach objectives and set strategies based on the company’s goals.
Job Requirements
* 4+ years as a Content Writer, preferably in a marketing or social‑media company. Must be a complete expert and align with company objectives.
* Reddit‑active user. Experience with SEO on Reddit is helpful.
* Technical knowledge: Search Console, Semrush, KeywordTool.io, Analytics, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
* Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, CSS, and ChatGPT is a plus.
* Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) at all levels.
* Strong problem‑solving skills, proactivity and self‑leadership.
* Self‑starter, autonomy, initiative to identify new opportunities.
* Proven excellence in writing and communication.
* Native English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
