The Asset Manager is a critical team member in the Operations Onboarding Area responsible for ensuring the seamless transition of assets, sites, or projects from development and acquisition phases to full operational status. This role requires technical expertise, analytical skills, and project management capabilities to ensure that all aspects of onboarding are aligned with company standards and objectives.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive site inspections to assess technical readiness for operations.
* Identify, document, and report technical issues or deficiencies.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operations teams to resolve technical gaps in alignment with organizational standards.
* Review acquisition contracts and recommend revisions to align with Sonnedix standards and operational requirements.
* Act as a liaison between contractors, engineers, and operational staff to prioritize and close open items efficiently.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in project onboarding, technical project management, or operational roles.
* Familiarity with operational and maintenance standards and processes.
* Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and project management tools.
* Demonstrated experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts.
