As a Project Manager, you will work at the intersection of our learning programs for startups and industry-focused accelerator programs.
Location: Belgium-based hybrid model, with regular in-person presence required in one of our
hubs (preferably Brussels, Leuven, Antwerp or Ghent).
Your mission: Ensure smooth project & events execution, planning, and operational follow-up,
making sure every startup and stakeholder have what they need to thrive.
Your responsibilities include:
● Supporting the execution of vertical accelerator programs
● Coordinating timelines, deliverables and reporting, and accelerate programs
● Aligning with Business Coaches on our startups’ needs and engagement
● Supporting the organization and logistics of sessions and milestone moments
● Tracking progress, planning updates, and ensuring resource availability (facilitators,
coaches, rooms, tools)
● Following up with speakers, workshop leads, and attendees pre- and post-event
● Collecting feedback from startups and stakeholders, helping to optimize the programs
● Managing and updating project documentation, timelines and status reports
● Supporting broader team operations and ad-hoc projects related to the ecosystem
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a hands-on, organized and proactive person who gets energy from getting
things done and keeping projects on track, preferably with a strong affinity for the startup
ecosystem in Belgium.
You are:
● Highly organized, detail-oriented and a natural planner, with a clear understanding of
project management methodologies
● Skilled in creating project plans, defining scope, setting timelines and tracking progress
● Proficient in using project management tools (Monday)
● Eager to learn about startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation
● Comfortable coordinating across different people, tools, and timelines
● A fluent communicator in English, Dutch and/or French
● Able to community clearly with diverse stakeholders (from team members, experts to
senior leadership)
● Comfortable facilitating meetings, managing expectations and providing regular updates
● A team player who can also work independently and manage responsibilities
● Able to work with tools like GSuite, Monday, Disco, Hubspot, etc.
● Willing to occasionally travel to hubs across Belgium
● Open to working some evenings (during events, sessions, program milestones)
Bonus points for:
● Experience in project coordination in educational or startup setting
● Familiarity with startup methodologies like lean startup, design thinking or business modeling
