Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud)

Key Responsibilities
* Analyze the requirements, identify the gaps and propose the enhancement of the solution.
* Lead cross functional process discussions and deep dives, negotiate appropriate target process, and document as is as well as to be processes.
* Collaborate and challenge the external IT partners and internal development teams in multiple countries.
* Evaluate information gathered, making the complex simple, and deliver an answer that drives to best practice and solution scalability.
* Promote the reference model to minimize the evolution.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in the IT field.
* Functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud is a must.
* Experience with managing stakeholders within mixed international teams.
* Excellent communication & problem‑solving skills.
* Knowledge of Services Business and/or Digital Customer Relationship and/or UNIFY transformations is considered a plus.
