Key job responsibilities
* Support campaign development from title conception to launch across strategy, creative and talent
* Build out and communicate marketing campaign from campaign positioning, to strategic pillars
* Lead creative development of core marketing assets
* Support talent management with studio and cross functional team throughout the campaign
* Partner and collaborate with a wide-range of internal (ranging from Studios, PR, Insights, legal...) and external (agencies, production companies) stakeholders to ensure coherent and timely campaign delivery.
* Lead post campaign analysis and reporting
* Stakeholder management

This is an amazing time to join PV EU International Originals marketing team, with an exciting 2026-2027 line up. 2025 saw exciting content such as Culpa Nuestra, Maxton Hall S2, Dimelo Bajito and 2026 will continue with exciting titles such as Maxton Hall S3, Your Fault: London, Marfil and some additional amazing releases. Join the International Originals team which has an incredible energy, for those who want to have an impact and create the signature initiatives that will connect with our audience in an authentic way!
Basic Qualifications
* Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
* Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
* Experience in the entertainment industry, including its customs, and practices
* Experience managing content development, and campaigns
* Experience in Talent management in a Film and Television context
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
* Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
