INSUD PHARMA is undertaking a global project to implement and migrate its SAP ECC management system to S4/HANA. We seek an SAP PP-PI Expert Consultant to collaborate in this implementation by analyzing, supervising, and delivering solutions together with external partners working on the project. The consultant will liaise with key users, control project execution within their area, and ensure quality and adherence to the Core Model defined for INSUD PHARMA.

Responsibilities
Act as an image of the Company, taking care of the welcoming, assistance and information to the client, both in person and by phone/email, and channeling their needs to the adequate person in the Company. Moreover, you will provide administrative support to different departments.
Specific Tasks:
Organize and manage the reception services and common areas.
Answer calls and, if applicable, solve the requests in each case or channel them to the appropriate person.
Receive and dispatch deliveries.
Organize and manage the outgoing mail and other networking.
File documents related to the reception and others when required.
Provide general support to other departments.
Qualifications
Education:
Vocational training in administration or similar.
Languages:
Spanish and English fluent, knowledge of other languages will be a plus.
Experience (years/area):
+2 years of experience in similar position, preferably in multinational companies managing communications worldwide.
Personal skills:
Good communication skills, strong customer orientation and ability to multitask effectively.
Initial contact through phone or email.
1-3 interviews conducted virtually or in person.
Continuous communication about the selection status.
