Thanks to our continued growth, we are looking for a Client Relations French Speaker to join the outstanding Dils Lucas Fox team in Barcelona.

Your Role
Manage inbound inquiries from national and international clients via phone, email and digital channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses in French, Spanish and English. Organise and pre‐qualify leads by gathering key information on clients' property needs, preferences and timelines. Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, documentation and proper follow‐up. Support administrative coordination of client requests and ensure all interactions are properly logged in internal systems. Assist with database management and structured outreach to reactivate existing client accounts. Coordinate internally with sales agents to facilitate smooth handovers and maintain clear documentation of client interactions. Update internal systems with property availability, notes and client status to support team workflows and reporting. Contribute to maintaining organised administrative processes that support a consistent, high‐quality client experience aligned with company service standards.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of professional experience in real estate, client relations, customer service or administrative coordination roles.
Experience handling inbound requests, client databases or CRM systems.
Fluency in French (essential); professional level of Spanish and English communication.
Clear written and verbal communication with a professional and structured approach.
Strong administrative and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment with multiple priorities.
Collaborative attitude and willingness to support cross‐functional teams.
