Ph3Overview /h3pOur client is the global leader in its market segment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pThe Head of Field Marketing is responsible for ensuring an effective top-down/bottom-up flow between the national and field and consumer collecting teams. Working cross functionally to contribute to the annual business plan by creating, planning and executing brand and marketing initiatives in all areas of the marketing mix (Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, Brand and Media Network) leveraging On Premise, Off Premise and New Business opportunities and encompassing local needs and specificities and therefore impacting the heart of local consumers, ultimately leading to the successful development of the business. /ph3Strategic Direction and Rightness of Brand Priorities /h3ulliShare global and national Client's strategies, objectives and philosophies with the field and establish and implement the national field marketing strategy. /liliDefine ideas and programs which build brand image and increase understanding of the product functionality on a local level. /liliWork in conjunction with the sales team to build mental availability hand in hand with the physical availability within On Premise and Off Premise. /liliWork in close collaboration with Head of Sports Culture to properly capitalise local insights through regional activations to increase relevance. /li /ulh3Premium Appeal of Local Pride /h3ulliCreate and support local key events, scenes and marketing opportunities in line with our Client's brand values and relevant to the local consumer and media landscape, with a focus on connecting with local communities. /li /ulh3Marketing Innovation /h3ulliUnderstand the latest generational trends by being close to our consumers and talking to our networks in the different scenes. /li /ulh3Organizational Capabilities and Enabling Structure /h3ulliAct as a role model and display the Red Bull values with a consistent tone of voice that is motivating and inspiring. /liliAct as a role model and part of the senior leadership team as well as key player in Marketing leadership team. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliProven experience in team management is essential /liliPrevious experience in a FMCG firm is a must /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pWe offer you the possibility to work in an iconic company, with a dream workplace and an unbeatable working environment. /ppFlexibility in working hours. /ppThe start date is immediate, so the candidate who applies must be available - a maximum of 15 days. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
