Key Responsibilities
Daily
- Execute outbound cadences (email + calls) to book qualified meetings.
- Review campaigns in Instantly (bounce rate, errors, deliverability).
- Update meeting notes, databases, and dashboards (Notion, CRM, Clay).
- Maintain clean meeting details and ensure excellent handoff to clients.
- Block call sessions per project (no multitasking across clients).
Weekly
- Check master inbox for errors in email accounts.
- Coordinate with Marketing for OOO sequences and list updates.
- Report blockers or issues to Manager.
- Suggest new market segments based on campaign insights.
Monthly
- Review campaign completion rates and request additional leads when needed.

- Meeting conversion: ≥ 30%
- Positive reply rate: ≥ 2%

- Show rate: ≥ 80%
- Qualified leads: ≥ 40% (most important metric)
What Success Looks Like
- Deep understanding of each client's value proposition.
- Clear, timely lead handoff with complete context.
- Excellent communication with clients and internal team.
- Proper setup of Calendly, Instantly, CRM, and outreach workflows.
- Strong ICP targeting and account research before contacting prospects.
