Customer Service and Technical Support Advisor with Spanish
Purpose of the role :
We are seeking experts to become ambassadors of our brands in the coffee and culinary world, reflecting our client’s reputation and status. Our experts will provide 360º support across all our brands in presales and aftersales scenarios, including physical stores and e-commerce, along with basic technical support for troubleshooting and back-office tasks.
Requirements
* Fluent spoken and written communication in Catalan and Spanish
* B2B level of English
* Strong listening and understanding skills
* Empathy and understanding others
* Problem solving and technical learning abilities
* Integrity and trustworthiness
* Digital literacy and e-commerce experience
* Cross-selling and up-selling skills
* Social media usage
* Previous experience in in-store customer service for relevant product categories is a plus
Work Details
* 38.5 hours/week, rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday
* Permanent contract
* Gross salary: €16,363/year
