Are you passionate about cycling and fashion? Jelenew is looking for a cycling enthusiast to join our Barcelona store and help riders look great, feel comfortable, and ride better! Combine retail, B2B development, and community engagement in one exciting role.
What You'll Do
Welcome in-store riders and understand their cycling scenarios (road, MTB, gravel, urban...)
Recommend Jelenew women's cycling apparel & accessories, emphasizing comfort, performance, and style
Advise on size selection, fabric features (breathability, stretch, moisture-wicking), and outfit matching
Close retail sales and achieve personal & store targets
Store Operations & Cycling Atmosphere
Support merchandising, inventory management, shelf replenishment & checkout
Maintain a clean, welcoming store with a corner dedicated to cycling culture & style inspiration ️
Organize and support brand events, pop-ups, and riding experiences to enhance in-store engagement
Build relationships with local cycling clubs, teams, training institutions & corporate clients
Provide tailored women's cycling apparel solutions and quotations for bulk or custom orders
Manage the full order cycle: negotiation, production, delivery, and after-sales service
Collect rider feedback on apparel fit, comfort, and performance, and share insights with the brand team
Brand & Community Engagement
Represent Jelenew at cycling events, group rides & community gatherings
Promote the brand's philosophy: functional, stylish, and empowering women riders
Track sales data, inventory, and trends to support store and B2B decisions
What We're Looking For
Cycling Passion: Ride regularly, understand female riders' needs, or know the cycling community deeply
Experience: 2+ years in retail or B2B sales, ideally with local cycling network in Barcelona
Skills: Excellent communication, styling sense, customer service, team collaboration, and execution
