Remarketing Xborder Sales Representative – SCF HQ

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Remarketing Xborder Sales Representative under the Leasing Business, you will foster an international customer portfolio by hunting and farming international traders, managing aftersales, coordinating sales processes across local entities via the global sales platform, and acting as the main point of contact for third‑party auction houses. Further responsibilities include reporting sales activity, maintaining CRM compliance, coordinating sales flow, optimizing sales routines, monitoring vehicle award processes, assessing channel performance, and collaborating with Operations and Remarketing teams.
* Ensure optimal development of the auction platform.
* Find and onboard cross‑border traders for online auctions.
* Farm the trader portfolio and foster competition.
* Maintain CRM diligently and ensure client compliance with SCF policies.
* Coordinate sales flow between entities adding cars to the integral platform.
* Establish optimal sales routines based on supply and demand.
* Monitor creation, running phase, and vehicle award processes.
* Assess sales performance of each channel and optimize it.
* Serve as main contact for XBR dealers, traders, auction houses, and third‑party sellers.
* Follow up on due payments.
* Manage aftersales claims.
* Collaborate closely with Operations and Remarketing departments on client issues related to logistics suppliers.
EXPERIENCE
At least 4 years in a similar professional sales or remarketing position; international commerce experience is a plus.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree (under‑graduate programme completed) or equivalent.
