Experteer Overview In this role you will develop tailor-made, innovative crop protection solutions for EMEA and the Mediterranean cluster. You will work closely with Field Solutions, Regulatory Science, Market Development and Marketing to ensure fast, efficient time-to-market. You’ll manage trials, build a robust technical data package, and support dossiers and claims during evaluation. You drive knowledge transfer to commercial functions and influence product positioning. This is a role for a collaborative expert aiming to shape crop protection strategies across multiple markets.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Develop customized crop protection solutions for EMEA and Mediterranean markets in Arable Crops - Stay close to markets to anticipate customer needs and CP trends - Define development strategies to optimize time-to-market in collaboration with other functions - Plan and document trials per GAP/Label, EPPO standards and country requirements - Contribute to European development projects and support EU zonal/regional ASM activities - Organize sample flow to agronomists to ensure timely trial delivery - Propose and build large-proof-of-concept trial programs reflecting customer needs and market conditions - Support trial data generation to enable robust technical core data for Market Development positioning - Assist Bio-Dossiers writers in Biological Assessment documentation and authority claims in the EU - Collaborate with external trial cooperators, institutes and key opinion leaders - Act as local ASM in countries without a lead ASMResponsabilidades - University degree or equivalent in Agriculture, Horticulture or Biological Sciences with experience in plant pathology, weed management or applied entomology - Excellent knowledge of crops and cropping systems;
