At Foundever, we are growing our team for an exclusive premium automotive project, partnering with one of the world’s most prestigious luxury and sports car brands.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a quality-driven, international environment where attention to detail and customer excellence truly matter.
Location: Madrid, Spain (hybrid model)
Working hours: Full-time – 39 hours per week
Contract: Replacement contract
Salary: €20,000 gross per year
Start date: Immediate
Initial training: Fully paid, on-site in Madrid
Your role
* Handle and manage inquiries from high-profile customers
* Identify customer needs and provide effective, tailored solutions
* Follow up on cases using CRM and ticketing tools
* Represent a premium automotive brand while ensuring the highest quality standards

What we are looking for
* Native or C2-level German
* Advanced English (minimum B2)
* Previous experience in customer service
* Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills
* Experience with ticketing or CRM tools is a plus
* Legal eligibility to work in Spain
