The Project
As a Menswear Product Development Manager for Pepe Jeans, you will lead the end-to-end development and purchasing strategies for key product categories (knit and woven), ensuring alignment with market trends, quality standards, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead product development and sourcing strategies for menswear categories, collaborating with designers on materials and pricing, and selecting fabrics and suppliers based on seasonal color themes.
* Manage supplier relationships and negotiate with international vendors to ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards.
* Oversee production planning, sample development, and quality control, addressing issues proactively during bulk production.
* Conduct comprehensive analysis of distribution, margins, and forecasts to support data-driven decision-making.

Candidate Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in Buying or Product Development roles within the fashion industry, specifically Menswear.
* High proficiency in Spanish and English (C1 minimum).
* Strong IT skills, especially Excel.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
