In this role, you will lead the global Nutraceuticals business with full P&L responsibility, shaping and executing a global growth strategy aligned with Lubrizol Life Sciences objectives. You will drive commercial excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth while building strong market presence and high-performing teams across regions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Define and execute a global business strategy and roadmap aligned with Lubrizol Life Sciences objectives
Own full profit & loss responsibility, ensuring delivery of revenue and margin targets
Drive global innovation with marketing, technical, and product teams to build a strong commercial pipeline
Lead global pricing strategies and demand forecasting to achieve financial objectives
Leverage market, customer, and competitive intelligence to maintain competitive advantage
Build and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders globally
Collaborate with regional teams to track pipeline performance and report business metrics
Build and lead a high-performing global team focused on delivering customer-centric solutions
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
Advanced degree in Nutraceuticals, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in nutraceutical actives or related markets
Proven track record of P&L leadership and executing global business strategies
Strong global network and deep understanding of nutraceutical markets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills across senior stakeholders
