Sales and Business Development Manager– Air Freight
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to promote and sell the Air Cargo services of the GSSA represented airlines, with a special focus on routes between Europe and China. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market share, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and optimizing capacity and sales performance.
Promote and sell air cargo services of represented airlines to freight forwarders, logistics agents, and direct clients.
~ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and meet revenue targets.
~ Search for potential customers to promote and sell services, especially on Europe–China routes.
~ Monitor and report sales performance and KPIs regularly to management.
~ Monitor and manage flight capacity to optimize load factors and meet commercial targets.
~ Collaborate with airlines and logistics operators for efficient cargo space allocation.
~ Modify and customize solutions based on customer inquiries and business opportunities.
~ Coordinate and standardize operations with airport handling agents to ensure smooth cargo handling and service quality.
More than 3 years proven experience on Air Freight knowledge on GSSA and Global Air Freight company preferred.
Deep understanding of Europe–Asia Air cargo routes and market dynamics.
Fluent in English & Spanish, on communication and writing.
