We are looking for a Technical Support (f/m/d) to join our team. Your main objective will be to support the planning and execution of installations of our energy-efficiency products throughout Europe.
Here's what you can look forward to
Support before and during Installation:
* Work with our international project team and partners to facilitate data collection for planning and product configuration
* Plan the installation work in close alignment with our development team in Spain and international markets
* Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the work of local installation partners in our European markets
* Train and onboard new technical installation partners in the markets and provide ongoing support
Commercial Support:
* Act as a liaison between local commercial teams, maintenance companies, and engineering firms during the sales process
What we require of you
* Technical background, such as Electrical VET/Engineering or boiler room maintenance etc.
* Similar experience providing technical support to clients and supporting the commercial area within the Energy Management sector and HVAC control and monitoring solutions would be beneficial
* Excellent command of English (C1-C2) and a good level of Spanish (B level)
* Strong customer orientation with experience working with community presidents, property administrators, maintenance companies, and engineering firms
* Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* High availability and willingness to travel internationally (customer visits, installation monitoring, etc.). The primary role of this job is to visit the markets.
