General Description:
We are looking for aMICE Technician specialized in Pharma to joinEventologies, theYou First division specialized in corporate events and incentive travel.
Location: Madrid office – Spain-
Type: Full– Time
Key Responsibilities :
* Planning & Execution: Organize and manage national and international pharma events, congresses, and meetings, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
* Client & Supplier Coordination: Act as the main liaison with pharmaceutical clients and negotiate with suppliers to ensure high-quality event execution.
* Logistics & Travel Management: Oversee venue selection, travel arrangements (including Amadeus bookings), accommodations, and on-site logistics.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all events adhere to the Pharma Industry Code of Ethics and manage approvals as needed.
* Technical Secretariat Oversight: Handle participant registration, speaker coordination, and post-event reporting.
* On-Site Support: Travel as required to supervise event execution and address any last-minute adjustments.
Experience and Technical Knowledge:
* Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in an Event Agency working with Pharma clients .
* Knowledge of Amadeus
* Familiarity with the Pharma Industry Code of Ethics
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
* Experience in managing Technical Secretariats
* Willingness to travel
* High level of English proficiency
