We're looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer to lead the automation and execution of non‐functional testing for a mission‐critical matching engine used in the Spanish stock market ecosystem.
What you'll do
* Design & automate NF test suites (latency, capacity, failover, resilience).
* Diagnose performance issues across network, OS, and application layers.
* Build automated pipelines with modern CI/CD tools.
* Work in a real‐time, low‐latency, high‐performance environment.
What we're looking for
* 7+ years in NF testing, Bash, Linux, Python, C/C++.
* Experience with low‐latency systems & performance troubleshooting.
* 1–3 years with Grafana, Ansible, GitLab, Airflow, OpenShift/ArgoCD.
* Very good English (spoken & written).
* Strong analytical mindset and autonomy.
