We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Category Manager Logistic & Housing (Real Estate & Facilities Management) to join our team. The Category Manager will work closely with the wider team to maximize customer value, implement cost-reduction strategies, foster supplier relationships, and ensure the effective management of inventory and product pricing.

● Implement and promote transformation programmes with a strong communication plan to achieve a structured and resilient supply chain.
● Conduct research and analyse trends and customer purchasing habits.
● Review sales data and competitor products.
● Develop strategies and set goals for the products, including marketing plans, managing budgets and promotional events and repositioning the products.
● Manage the inventory to ensure there are enough products to meet customer demands.
● Consider lead times and monitor inventory levels.
● 3 to 5 years of experience as a Category Manager, preferably within Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related industries.
● Strategic Asset Management: Lead the corporate real estate portfolio, overseeing acquisitions, leasing, and asset development with a focus on value maximization and space efficiency.
● Strategic Procurement & Global Sourcing: Design and execute purchasing processes based on international standards (CPSM) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to generate annual savings.
align operational goals with sustainability and social economy policies, ensuring a resilient and ethical supply chain.
