About the Role
We're looking for a Lead Product Designer. As a key member of our design team, you'll develop concepts, research user and business needs and design elegant solutions. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams through project development from start to launch.
Your focus will be on all aspects of digital design - from product definition to crafting interfaces and prototypes. We need someone who excels at tackling complex problems and designing simple solutions.
You'll excel at your discipline and lead project teams to deliver high-quality work. You'll provide direction and momentum to projects, act as a bridge between clients and the BB team and facilitate conversations that push projects forward.
As an experienced team player, you'll collaborate well with developers, clients and designers. You'll provide feedback, mentorship and produce high-quality design work that inspires others.
Key Qualifications
* 6+ years experience with high quality digital product design on multiple platforms
* Ability to turn business requirements, stakeholder goals and user needs into solutions
* Experience taking a lead design role on a project and working collaboratively with team and client
* Experience leading end-to-end digital product design: customer journeys to novel interactions and prototyping to development handoff
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-disciplinary teams
* Strong communication skills: explaining and documenting process, presenting work and communicating design decisions
* Proficiency in current design tool landscape and ability to decide which tools fit the job
