Job Overview: Alumni Relations Intern

The Mission
Drive alumni engagement and scale the Ambassador Program. You will act as the bridge between the organization and its global alumni network, fostering professional communities and supporting international outreach.
Key Responsibilities
* Ambassador Management: Recruit, interview, and onboard new ambassadors. Conduct regular check-ins and lead professional development workshops.
* Events & Logistics: Coordinate alumni presence at global fairs and reunions. Manage merchandise, promotional materials, and event shipping.
* Communication & Content: Maintain the alumni database and manage online communities (Facebook, Discord). Create marketing materials and gather "success stories" for business proposals.
* Strategic Support: Assist the Alumni Relations Manager in hitting engagement goals and improving program processes.
Who You Are
* The Profile: A proactive, goal-oriented communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive in fast-paced, international environments.
* Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience (International, Sales, or Higher Education background preferred).
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
* Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in public speaking/phone outreach.
