Job Responsibilities
1. You ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time.
2. Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.
3. Oversee operations during excursion days, support, gather, and provide feedback on any incidents or accidents that may occur.
4. Manage and load all bookings into the system, maintaining supplier relations and expectations.
5. Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
6. Manage amendments and communicate them to the Service Delivery team and suppliers, ensuring services run smoothly and costs are optimized.
7. Be responsible for loading pick-up times into the system and pre-ordering attraction entrance tickets, including cash reconciliation.
