Sales Development Specialist (Dutch)
Location: Palenciana, Valencia.
Company: Real Recruitment Solutions.
Position: Permanent full‐time contract with bonus potential.
Compensation: €1,500 per month.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Generate new leads and develop relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch at C2 level and English at C1 level.
- Experience in sales development or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‐service skills.
- Self‐motivated, goal‐driven, and able to work independently.
