Job Title: Key Account Manager (Full-time and Part-time) - Spanish
We are seeking both full-time and part-time Key Account Managers fluent in Spanish.
Responsibilities:
1. Explore potential customers based on performance requirements, reserve high-quality customer resources, achieve sales targets in the responsible market, and ensure steady performance growth.
2. Familiarize yourself with the local market, develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in overseas markets, establish stable and excellent relationships, increase market share, and achieve notable customer acquisition goals.
3. Handle inquiries, quotations, deliveries, pre-sales training, after-sales service, and other daily business activities to enhance customer experience.
4. Periodically report market conditions, develop effective sales strategies and business plans according to business development needs.
5. Collect market feedback and user advice, investigate market and competitive products, and provide constructive suggestions for product and market strategy optimization.
6. Assist the Marketing Department in planning and executing local sales and marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and influence, and promote sales performance.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; over 3 years of experience in national or regional Key Account sales preferred; proficiency in English as a working language.
2. Experience in sales of cleaning equipment or cleaning robots, with a deep understanding of robot products.
3. Excellent negotiation skills, strong business negotiation capacity, adept at understanding customer needs, and able to respond promptly and accurately.
4. Experience in overseas exhibitions; familiar with planning and executing online and offline marketing activities; successful case experience is preferred.
5. High mental resilience, strong ability to work under pressure, good teamwork skills, self-motivated, quick learner, and effective in work management and targeting.
