Role Purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented, and ambitious Technical Sales professional to help lead the identification and closing of growth opportunities for our Long-Term Power & Renewables offerings within existing customers across the EMEA region. The role also involves maximising upsell during renewals in coordination with account managers.

Main Responsibilities

* Product and sector expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our Power & Renewables solutions' value to customers and a good understanding of the sector to support new business and customer retention.
* Internal ambassador: Support communication of product enhancements and market developments across the organization, collaborating with sales, marketing, research, and consulting teams.
* Proactive business development and retention: Partner with Regional Sales to deepen relationships, understand customer workflows, identify unmet needs, and uncover new buying centers.
* Engagement and retention: Support engagement strategies for customers where revenue is at risk.
* Territory planning: Develop and maintain a sales plan, identify key markets and risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to execute the plan.
* Product development support: Provide feedback for shaping product development and support new launches.
* Own the sales process: Manage prospecting, qualification, and selling, collaborating with the sales team on proposals, negotiations, and forecasting.

About You

* Significant experience in client-facing or account management roles.
* Good knowledge of the Power & Renewables industry.
* Proven track record in developing clients and building trusted relationships.
* Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
* Collaborative with internal teams to achieve success.
* Excellent judgment in resource utilization.
* Passionate about business growth and personal development.
* Curious about how data and analysis solve business issues.
* Organized with effective planning skills.
* Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous.
