This is a seasonal position. brAbout the Role brAs Head Receptionist, you will lead the Reception team and be the face of COYA, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience from first contact to farewell. You will oversee daily Reception operations, manage reservations effectively, and maintain exceptional service standards while maximising covers and guest satisfaction.
