Mission
To provide technical and administrative support to the Feedstock Department in identifying and analyzing waste supply sources. The goal is to facilitate strategic decision-making for the development of biomethane plants through rigorous data analysis, technical modeling, and Geographic Information System (GIS) management.
Responsabilities
Technical-Administrative Support: Support the daily activities of the technical office to ensure workflow.
Data Analysis: Perform Excel modeling and spatial analysis in QGIS to evaluate waste potential in different areas.
Digitalization: Register and process information collected by Feedstock Managers in the field, transforming visit reports and terrain data into structured records for analysis and decision-making.
Reporting: Prepare technical reports and visual presentations based on data analysis findings.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Participate in meetings with other areas to integrate geospatial insights into global projects.
Document Management: Organize and maintain technical documentation and the supplier/customer database (CRM/GIS).
Continuous Improvement: Detect inefficiencies in current processes, propose, and/or work on the implementation of innovative solutions.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Agricultural, Environmental, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, Geography, or related fields.
Experience: N/A
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel: High proficiency in data management and modeling.
Office Suite: Mastery of PowerPoint for creating technical presentations.
Geographic Information Systems (GIS): Proficiency in QGIS (or ArcGIS) for spatial data analysis, heat map creation, and resource geolocation
Languages: English B2
Soft Skills:
Analytical Capacity: Ability to break down complex information and draw logical conclusions that add value to the business.
Attention to Detail: Rigor in data processing and cartography preparation to avoid errors in decision-making.
Learning Orientation: Intellectual curiosity and willingness to acquire new technical knowledge in an emerging sector like biomethane.
Autonomy and Organization: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks within a dynamic technical office environment
Other requirements: Availability to work 6-7 hours daily for 5-6 months
