Job Description
* Account Coordination: Support Key Account Managers in account implementation, working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, shipment transparency, and EDI transfers.
* KPI Monitoring: Register, monitor, and analyze standard and customer-specific KPIs, prepare Business Review Reports, and communicate improvement measures.
* Process Improvement: Investigate and propose operational initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost savings while resolving bottlenecks with stakeholders.
* Data Management: Ensure the accuracy of Master Data, transport orders, and document management in TMS systems, aligning with customer business rules.
* Shipment and Capacity Planning: Collaborate with Operations Teams to plan shipments, secure bookings, and monitor warehouse capacity to avoid storage charges.
* Operational Efficiency: Act as a single point of contact for the account, ensuring end-to-end service delivery and adherence to SOPs while supporting integration and data analysis for visibility improvements.
* Innovation and Process Improvements: Propose impactful process and cost-saving innovations, supporting the integration of new business and system solutions.
* Collaboration and Commercial Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to drive service improvements, support business reviews, and assist in meeting commercial targets by monitoring performance and customer relationships.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3 - 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or account management.
* Proven track record in managing key accounts, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
* Strong understanding of logistics processes, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in logistics CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
