We are urgently hiring
Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Specialists
for the
customer service team in Barcelona. With a
start date of 18 May and only a few positions available, this is a fast-moving recruitment process.

You will be part of a multicultural support team helping travellers and accommodation partners worldwide. Your role will directly impact customer satisfaction on one of the world's leading travel platforms.
What You Will Do
Be the first point of contact for travellers and accommodation partners (phone & email)
Quickly understand customer issues and deliver fast, effective solutions
Handle inquiries related to bookings, payments, and technical issues
Mediate between guests and providers to ensure smooth resolutions
Take ownership of each case until it is fully resolved
Maintain top-level service quality in every interaction

Languages
Slovenian (C2 – mandatory)
English (advanced level required)
EU ID or valid residence permit for Spain
Profile We Are Looking For
Strong communicator who enjoys helping people
Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Digital tools user (CRM, Office 365, etc.)
Adaptable, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
Previous customer service experience is a plus (not required)

€21,262 per year (gross)
Full-time contract (38.5h/week)
