As part of Forvis Mazars ' strategic move to create a centralized service to serve clients across Europe, we have created Global Compliance & Reporting service with teams, processes and technology that allows multinational groups to meet all its accounting, tax, payroll and legal obligations and commitments, both locally and internationally while having accurate information centralized and delivered from our Center of Excellence (CoE).
We are hiring a Senior HR Generalist and Data & Analytics Specialist to join our strongly growing team in Barcelona. This role will ensure accurate, consistent, and insightful HR data across the organization. The role combines operational data management, reporting, and analytical interpretation with a strong focus on employee surveys and digital process improvements.

Your Role:
HR Data Management & Governance:
Maintain and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data in core systems (Abacus, Personio).
Define and implement data standards and governance frameworks.
Conduct regular data audits, validations, and quality checks.
Coordinate data corrections and updates with local HR teams.
Support system enhancements and data migrations from an HR data perspective.
Reporting & Analytics:
Develop and deliver recurring HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, absences, diversity, recruitment metrics).
Create ad‐hoc analyses and reports to answer specific business questions from HR leadership and management.
Translate data into actionable insights to support decision‐making.
Support global HR initiatives by providing standardized reporting and analytics to the Group.
Employee Surveys & Insights:
Plan, coordinate, and analyse employee surveys (e.g., engagement, pulse, or satisfaction surveys) using Qualtrics.
Consolidate survey results and present key findings and trends to HR and business leadership.
Develop and track follow‐up action plans based on survey outcomes.
Contribute to the development of global survey standards and best practices in collaboration with Group HR.
Process Optimization & Digitalization:
Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to enhance HR reporting tools and data flows.
Contribute to the development and rollout of digital HR solutions within the Center of Excellence.
Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and Finance to ensure consistent data usage and interpretation.
Act as a key contact for HR data‐related topics for Switzerland.
Ensure alignment with group‐wide People Analytics and Controlling standards.
Profile & Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR Data, Reporting, or Analytics roles.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel ).
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Abacus, Personio) and survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics).
Knowledge of HR metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards.
Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable way.
Fluent in English (any additional European language is an asset: French or German).
