Job Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative (French speaking) to join our team in Barcelona. The role involves driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting within a defined book of business, scheduling remote meetings, identifying customer needs, and mapping solutions accordingly. The ISR will maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring renewals and satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to build strong relationships that lead to increased sales and quota attainment.
Your responsibilities include:
* Prospecting within a defined book of business and scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers.
* Preparing thoroughly for sales calls, including pre-meeting planning and post-meeting follow-up.
* Identifying customer requirements and matching them with Iron Mountain solutions through consultative selling.
* Supporting contract renewals by engaging with customers, addressing concerns, and collaborating with renewal teams.
* Selling solutions via prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives to expand Iron Mountain's footprint.
* Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, working with other teams for a seamless experience.
* Using CRM and analytical tools to assess data and drive growth.
* Building strong customer relationships and understanding their organizational goals.

* Full professional proficiency in French and English.
