We are hiring a Russian Game Presenter to join a modern broadcast studio in Bucharest. Host live game shows on camera, engage online players worldwide, and deliver high-energy, professional entertainment.
No prior presenting experience required — full paid training provided.

Present and host live games from a professional studio with confidence and enthusiasm.
Create an engaging, interactive experience for online players.
Follow game rules and operational procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality broadcasts.
Participate in training and feedback sessions to develop on-camera skills.
Key responsibilities
Host live game shows on camera with clarity and charisma.
Interact with players to maintain a lively and entertaining atmosphere.
Adhere to game protocols and quality standards during every broadcast.
Adapt presentation style to different game formats and audience dynamics.
Candidate profile
Fluent in Russian (C1/C2) and proficient in English (minimum C1).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid passport and documentation required for relocation.
Availability for rotating shifts totaling 40 hours per week (24/7 shift pattern).
Energetic, confident on camera, and strong communicator.
Comfortable working under performance metrics and live conditions.
Compensation & progression
First 9 months: 4,124 RON net (~€********,049 RON gross (~€1,418).
After 9 months: 5,022 RON net (~€1,********,585 RON gross (~€1,727).
Performance bonus after 3 months of probation: 3,000 RON net (~€609).
