Role OverviewJoin our QRC in Tarragona to support supplier deliveries, update Oracle, and purchase indirect consumables.
Responsibilities
Update the B/M tool upon OAE (BOM, Safety Factor, etc.).
Support Inventory weekly calls and further inventory actions.
Provide support to regional manager and BI responsible for specific optimization actions.
Participate with RTs in inventory tasks and ERP transactions.
Obsolete program identification.
Monthly FC in both material cost & inventory.
Activate initiatives via mail/phone such as returning material, claiming arrival of urgent orders and error resolution.
Review/update Flowstar database upon OSAE mentorship: standardize data upload format and correct incorrect uploads from the past.
Interface between LCA/QRC departments for workload management.
Train with RT and OSAE on seal repair process.
Profile
Currently involved in studies in Industrial Engineering or similar.
Fluent in English – both verbal and written communication required.
High level in office automation.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge of MS Excel and ability to use computer tools to gain efficiency.
Team player. Persistent, creative and service mentality important.
