Experteer Overview In this role, you own and scale the paid social strategy across markets, driving profitable growth through AI-enabled processes and high-quality execution. You’ll restructure the team’s planning, implement AI-assisted workflows, and tighten cross-functional alignment with Revenue, BI, Design, and Product. The focus is on sustainable, profitable impact rather than spend management, with a clear path from brief to autonomous budget decisions. - Own and optimize a structured creative testing programme across Meta and other channels
- Manage DPA and feed performance end to end, improving catalog quality and category structure for scalable dynamic ads
- Redesign planning and execution processes from brief to post-mortem to boost output quality and speed
- Lead daily AI-assisted campaign creation, enabling API-based platform integrations and reliable automated workflows
- Set up platform automations for budget alerts, spend anomalies, and bulk changes to focus on decision-driven work
- Coach and develop a small team with clear KPIs and regular reviews to foster a high-output culture
- Collaborate with Revenue, BI, Design, and Product to align paid social with business priorities and communicate results succinctlyResponsabilidades
