Amaris Consulting, as Mantu's flagship brand in Technology, supports clients in transformation challenges, from digital innovation to organizational change, talent management, and brand experience.
As Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Amaris Consulting's market positioning and impact, reporting directly to Mantu's CMO and collaborating with central experts across Growth, Digital, Employer Branding, and Brand & Communication.
Your missions
Define and lead Amaris Consulting's marketing strategy, setting direction, priorities, and roadmap to drive growth and market positioning.
Deliver a sharp customer value proposition and structure Amaris Consulting's portfolio of offers for clarity and accessibility to clients and sales teams.
Develop impactful sales enablement materials, including presentations, pitch decks, case studies, and bid templates to support account growth.
Design and deploy client activation and engagement programs (ABM, campaigns, automation) to expand reach and nurture long-term relationships.
Build strong business cases and client success stories, creating content that showcases Amaris Consulting's expertise and impact.
Roll out internal communication initiatives to inform, align, and engage staff and consultants worldwide.
Partner with Mantu's Growth, Digital, and Employer Branding teams to leverage shared expertise and ensure brand coherence.
Lead, coach, and empower a team of 4–5 marketers, balancing strategic direction with operational delivery.
Define KPIs, measure ROI, and continuously optimize activities to maximize brand and business impact.
Your profile
Academic background : Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
Experience : 7–10 years in B2B marketing, ideally within consulting, digital services, or technology industries, with a strong track record in brand positioning, customer value proposition design, client activation, and communication.
English language : Fluent in English; French is a plus.
Tools / software : Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and sales enablement platforms.
AI / OpenAI experience : Well-versed in generative AI tools for marketing and communication.
Soft skills : Strategic vision, hands-on delivery, leadership, data-driven mindset, excellent storytelling and communication skills, and experience managing international stakeholders.
