\nAbout The Role\nWe are looking for an experienced\nChange Management Consultant\nto support the execution of change management activities within Fluidra’s global transformation program focused on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and the standardization of operating models across regions.\n
This role will work closely with the internal\nChange\nManagement Team, Project Teams, Business Stakeholders, and IT to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
\n
\n
- Support the execution of the Change Management strategy a, aligned with Fluidra’s Change framework
\n
- Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment, ensuring key stakeholders are informed, involved, and committed.
\n
- Conduct and maintain Change Impact Assessments, translating impacts into clear mitigation actions.
\n
- Define and execute communication plans, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with leadership narrative.
\n
- Support the design and rollout of training strategies, in coordination with IT and business teams.
\n
- Monitor change readiness and adoption, identifying risks and defining corrective actions.
\n
- Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions with business teams, key users .
\n
\nKey activities\n
\n
- Stakeholder mapping and ongoing engagement tracking
\n
- Change impact analysis and mitigation planning
\n
- Development of communication content (presentations, newsletters, key messages)
\n
- Support training needs analysis and training plan coordination
\n
- Facilitation of workshops (vision, alignment, readiness, adoption)
\n
- Preparation of reporting materials (e.g., transformation scorecards, status updates)
\n
- Tracking adoption metrics and change KPIs
\n
- Supporting Go-Live readiness and post-Go-Live sustainability activities
\n
\nProfile & Requirements\n
\n
- +5 years of experience in Change Management, ideally within large-scale transformation programs
\n
- Proven experience in ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus)
\n
- Experience working in global, matrix organizations
\n
- Understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales)
\n
- Hands-on experience in communications, training, and stakeholder management
\n
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, business-friendly messages
\n
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills
\n
- Proactive, structured, and delivery-oriented mindset
\n
