Role Summary
The Team Assistant provides high‑level administrative, organizational, and coordination support to the Head of Platform Sales and Leadership responsible for Northern, Eastern, Western, and Southern Europe. This role is critical in enabling effective leadership, smooth regional operations, and strong stakeholder coordination across multiple geographies.
The adecuado candidate is organized, proactive, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Platform Sales, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements across multiple countries and time zones
- Act as a trusted interface between the executive and internal / external stakeholders
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and executive‑level communications
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate regional leadership meetings, workshops, and offsites (virtual and in‑person)
- Track follow‑ups, actions, and deadlines from leadership meetings
- Support communication flow between Sales, HR, Finance, and other supporting functions
- Liaise with regional and local teams across Europe to ensure alignment and timely information exchange
Business & Operational Support
- Support planning and tracking of key business initiatives and milestones
- Maintain structured documentation and filing systems for presentations, decisions, and reports
- Support ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as assigned
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working
- Standardize templates, reports, and recurring communication where appropriate
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve organizational or logistical challenges
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leaders
- Experience working in an international, matrix organization
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
