Your role at Hostinger
As an SEO Specialist (on-page), you’ll support the growth of Hostinger’s organic performance by creating and optimizing high-impact landing pages across multiple products and markets. Your focus will be on keyword research, on-page improvements, and scaling content-driven SEO initiatives in collaboration with content, design, and localization teams.
You will proactively identify and bring new growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and emerging SEO trends. Your work will directly contribute to improving rankings, increasing organic traffic, and driving new billings.
We’re looking for someone analytical and hands-on—eager to test ideas, fine-tune pages, and make SEO wins happen at scale.

Your day-to-day
Own on-site SEO efforts within one or multiple product verticals and locales—managing performance tracking and optimization on an ongoing and ad-hoc basisIdentify scalable SEO opportunities based on data insights, competitor benchmarking, and organic search trendsOptimize new and existing landing pages to improve visibility, rankings, and conversions across various search intentsConduct keyword research to uncover high-impact opportunities for content expansion and optimizationDevelop a strategic approach to AI-generated content (AIO), ensuring it aligns with SEO goals, quality standards, and visibility in searchStay current with search engine algorithm updates and evolving SEO best practices, applying them to content structure, internal architecture, and beyondCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Content, Localization, Websites, CRO, Off-site SEO, Product, and the Technical SEO Lead to drive unified and impactful SEO initiatives
Your Skills And Experience
2+ years of hands-on experience in on-site SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth for high-traffic websitesStrong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data, prioritize based on impact, and measure performance over timeExperience working at scale—creating and optimizing large sets of landing pages, while also improving and maintaining key high-volume pages that drive core business resultsSkilled in keyword research, search intent mapping, and implementing on-page strategies that improve visibility, rankings, and conversionsSolid understanding of how on-site SEO connects with technical and off-site SEO factors within a full-funnel approachProficient in using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and keyword rank trackersCurious and growth-oriented—continuously learning from trends, search engine changes, and the evolving impact of AI and LLMs on SEOProactive, organized, and collaborative—comfortable working cross-functionally with content, technical SEO, product, and CRO teams
