WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Strategy Manager you will design, monitor, and execute strategy for SAM globally. You will support the CEO, CFO, and Head of Strategy, collaborate with the executive team and all geographies, and steer the business toward its goals.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
* Business and Strategic Analysis: Support the CEO and CFO in analyzing business opportunities.
* Strategy Development: Assist in developing strategy and tracking key initiatives.
* Lead or oversee specific key internal projects during definition, implementation, and execution phases.
* Lead development of documents for forums such as the SAM Executive Forum, Board of Directors, WMI Division, and Group.
* Collaborate with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies.
* Plan, coordinate, and lead meetings and workshops.
* Work with leadership to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress toward goals.
* Identify and help solve core problems or opportunities within the business.
* Work under high pressure and tight deadlines in a changing environment.
EXPERIENCE
* 4–8 years in a similar role.
* Prior experience in consulting or investment banking is highly valuable.
EDUCATION
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Master’s degree is a plus.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
* Strong oral and written communication skills (e.g., memos, presentations).
* Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
* Financial modeling expertise.
* Fluent English and Spanish.
