We are hiring a Payroll Support Office Officer.
Main Responsibilities
* Personal Administration: Manage payroll accounting and general payroll administration for office staff, including onboarding, immigration services, and global mobility management.
* Legislative Compliance: Keep legislative updates current and support legal compliance.
* Rewards and Incentives: Manage flex salary, health insurance, and incentive programs (HIP).
* Projects: Assist payroll manager in various projects.
Additional Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate employee master data and files.
* Calculate and process salary changes, terminations, deductions, and back pay.
* Ensure timely statutory reporting and payments.
* Coordinate with accounting for salary payments and bank reconciliation.
* Support store payroll inquiries and external audits.
* Communicate changes and provide training to staff as needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Law or Master's in HR, Management, or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
* Knowledge of labor law.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Proactive and team-oriented.
This is a permanent position based in Barcelona, with an immediate start possible.
