Job Title : Customer Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities
* Returns Management : Coordinate product returns promptly upon request, organize packaging, create transactions, prepare documentation, arrange courier services, and close returns.
* Support Inventory Checks : Conduct physical consignment checks, resolve discrepancies, and verify records.
* Service Complaint Resolution : Investigate complaints, identify root causes, liaise with third parties, and close cases.
* No Charge Product Requests : Process requests from sales teams.
* Customer Communication : Maintain close contact with Local Customer Solutions team to meet customer expectations.
* Clinical Trials : Collaborate with relevant departments to process product requests for clinical trials.
* Perform additional office duties such as document archiving and basic EDI administration.
* Participate in projects aimed at improving service quality and departmental effectiveness.
* Potentially act as a trainer and mentor for less experienced colleagues.
* High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
* Bilingual in Spanish and English.
* Act as a super-user for JDE and SFDC systems.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness across Europe.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

* Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
