Our work involves creating high-quality, engaging resources and experiences to support our global leaders in accelerating their leadership development.
What You Will Do
The Senior Leadership Development and Design Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining leadership development resources and materials. This includes creating engaging content such as videos, online courses, facilitator guides, and workshop materials. The role also involves reviewing and updating existing materials based on performance metrics and feedback to ensure program effectiveness.
* Design and develop comprehensive leadership development programs, including curriculum design, content creation, and delivery methods.
* Create high-quality training materials such as videos, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and presentations.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
* Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
* Review and evaluate existing training materials, identifying areas for improvement and updating content as needed.
* Analyze learning metrics and feedback to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement.
* Stay current with industry trends and methodologies in leadership development and instructional design.
* Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.

* Proficiency in e-learning authoring and video editing tools (e.g., Veed, Genially, 360Learning).

* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
